Ceremony Package

Are you concerned that you may have a few tears or cries during your vows at the ceremony?

Would you like the peace of mind to know that if an especially young guest becomes unsettled or just plain bored during the most important part of your day that their mum or dad can stay and enjoy the occasion while the child is comforted and nursed in a separate part of the church/venue or entertained by highly trained staff in the gardens or other pre decided area? If so our ceremony service is for you .

We will provide colouring pages and supplies, storybooks and puzzles, where there is an indoor alternative available, where there is an outdoor option only, we will supervise a nature trail, a bubble burst or a treasure hunt.

 

Reception Package

Most children of a young age have a short attention span and quickly bore of what seems like “boring grown up stuff”. For this reason we have designed a package that will occupy your young guests for a 3-4 hour session during your reception.

You may wish us to cover the drinks reception or you may wish us to cover the meal and speeches , you may wish us to cover both and in all cases we are here to work to your needs.

Provide us with a designated space and we will provide your young guests with an array of activities that will help them to feel like it is a special day for them too and they wont have a minute to spare for boredom.

 

Evening Package

Is your area of concern how to keep the children happy and content during the evening reception without them dragging out of mum and dad?

When your band comes in to set up we can come in and set up an area of activities for your younger guests. We can supervise games of a musical nature that will allow the children to enjoy the entertainment you have provided for your evening guests but keeping them out of mum and dads pockets.

As the evening gets later and the younger children tire one of our carers will wind down activities and encourage restful play, story time, sleepy songs and dvds that will relax and soothe the younger children while another member of the team keeps the older children occupied with musical games and acivities either in the designated childrens area or on the dancefloor with your regular guests that choice is yours!

Nanny package :

We also offer a nanny service for smaller numbers of children. This is a more individual  based service and is provided by our fully qualified staff.

 

Babysitting Package

If you wish we can care for up to four children per minder in your pre booked hotel rooms we will encourage your children to rest and relax with story times , lullabies and dvd times.

We can stay with the children until your reception finishes at 2am. Your
guests may wish to avail of this service themselves and for your convenience we can supply you with information leaflets to send out with your invites to those guests who are bringing children to your wedding.

If you have children yourself you may wish to avail of this service so that your special day can continue for that little bit longer. 

 

Full Day Packages
